Our first time ever making a fall linen pant. This one is a yarn dyed plaid in shades of navy/ gray and ivory.

These pants have a comfortable elastic waistband and bias bound pockets. The fabric is a little different since it has a lower linen content ( still soft but not as soft as the Heidi pant). Inseam on all sizes is 30.5”. We used the same pattern as our Heidi pant but made these with a little longer inseam. These do shrink in length after the 1st wash about 1/2”-3/4” so wash them first if they need to be hemmed.

Care: Hand wash or delicate machine wash and lay flat to dry. Any type of heat (like the dryer) will cause the fibers to shrink even more. Iron on wrong side on linen setting. They might feel a little snug after washing but wear them for 10-15 min and they’ll go back to their original fit.
